Update your contact preferences
We only want to send you communications via your preferred method and will never bombard or spam you with emails, texts or letters. On all emails and texts we send, you'll find a link at the bottom of the message which allows you to choose how we contact you.
If you have a MySight account, you can also update your contact preferences from there.
When updating your contact preferences, you can choose from:
Option | Outcome |
---|---|
None | If selected then we will never contact you using this communication method. |
Clinical | Allows us to use this communication method for clinical requirements such as appointment reminders. |
Any | Selecting this means that we can keep you informed of any special offers, or other promotions. |

Your contact preferences page is directly related to your Barracloughs record, so if you can't find a recent email or text from us to click the link from, simply fill out our form and we'll send you an email or an SMS containing your unique link to update your contact preferences.
